New Custom build .284

Greetings all.

I have a Rem700 that was going to use for a new 280 rem build.
Have the .284 Shilen select match SS #5 barrel already.

I was hoping someone could chime in about chamber suggestions for a new build. Or which of the rifles (I already Own) I should use for a new build.
Originally was going to use the 7mm action for new build. And still may.

I already own the following (all Rem700 actions)
243win - custom
270win - Factory
30-06 - Factory
7mm - Factory
308 - custom
300WM - custom

I have the brass, bullets & dies for all, including the possible future 280rem (NOT AI).

Any suggestions which one I should pull from the "heard" for a new .284 build? Chambering?

Looking for a SC deer rifle, but would also like to hit gongs @ 100 - 500yds.

Yeah...you want to find one in long action with the same size bolt face which is .473

That would be the .243, .270 .308 30-06. For me, it would probably be the .270. Gotta also check to make sure magazine area is wide enough, as the .284 is maybe .040 wider

I probably should have been more specific.
I would like to use one of the FACTORY m7 actions I already have for a new .284 build.

It would be the 7mm, 30/06, or 270win, all long actions.
I just listed the others to eliminate those suggestions.
Don't really care about the bolt face (ie: 7mm), that can be changed.

Just curious about which one of the 3 I should use for a new .284 build, and what chambering. I know it's limited with the .284 barrel I already have.

Since this is a SC deer /500yd max gong rifle, I don't think a custom 7mm would be feasible, overkill..
