New Diamonback DB9, consensus?

I was in my local gun shop today and made a trade for a new Diamondback DB9 as something to carry when its not feasable to carry my Sig p225. I took it out and put 60 rounds of fmj and 15 rounds of my carry jhp ammo. There were two times where the case of the last round in the mag did not extract as well as two times when there was just a straight fte. The jhp ammo fed and extracted 100%. Overall i was impressed with the gun and feel it will be a very good carry gun after a couple hundred more reliable rounds. I am still skeptical though considering all the bad rap the db9 gets from online forums, has anybody had any recent experience with newer db9s and they're reliability? Are the bugs fixed or is it still a crap shoot with this gun's reliability? I even limp wristed the gun on purpose and it didn't cause any adverse effects. Again, who likes or doesn't like their newer db9?
