I believe about a year ago. But even then, 200$ was still a great deal. That is a beautiful Enfield. I would be a bit anxious about taking a gun to a range which qualifies to be in the Louvre by the Mona Lisa and ancient jewelry.
Does "a while ago" mean months, or several years?
It's worth buying just to turn it around. I have never worried about how many projects I have going on when I run across a great deal.fallout mike said:There is one at a gun shop I can buy right now with $249 being the asking price. If I didn't have so many other projects ongoing I would buy it
a while back some moron tried selling one on consignment at an LGS for $1300...yes you read that correct. he eventually took some of the stupid out of his head and dropped the price....however it is now marked $800...might need another cleaning in that ole noggin.A while ago these cost $90...a long while ago. More like $500+ these days. I do like the Blondie's.
A few "in the wrap" MkII's have brought over 1K on Gunbroker because of the contract the serial number represented. Most in the wrap sell for around $7-800.a while back some moron tried selling one on consignment at an LGS for $1300...yes you read that correct. he eventually took some of the stupid out of his head and dropped the price....however it is now marked $800...might need another cleaning in that ole noggin.
