Yes their is a whole tread on testing these lowers use the search. From what I recall they did have some downsides but overall were a good product.

My New Frontier lower AR has been to the range twice, now...about 250 rounds through it.
No problem, and it like it a lot. The trigger is great.

NFA AR Lower

I've got a CMMG .22 upper on mine and have fired about 200 rounds with no issues. I did put a Magpul CTR (commercial size) buttstock on it to take out the "wiggle". Have been wanting to try a .223 upper on it and probably will soon. WB
