Hey ya'll, I just wanted to se what feedback I can get on a new revolver I just ordered.

A few months ago, I bought a Rossi 357 lever gun and now I want a six-gun to match. No, I don't plan on doing SASS, but I love the look of the old west guns. After doing some reading, I came across some reviews of six guns by some SASS shooters, and this is what is used to win championships in their sport. It is a Colt SAA clone, made by Uberti and sent to Cimarron in pieces to be hand fit and assembled before shipment. The model I ordered is called the Evil Roy, named after one of their top shooters and it is final fitted by one of their master gunsmiths with lighter springs and finely tuned action. It also is supposed to have excellent fit and finish and fitted with more precise sights.

Here's his picture;

The gun I ordered is chambered in .357 to match my Rossi 92.

What'cha think?

Not much to say, except that is one fine looking gun and reminiscent of the old west. One fine looking gun, indeed! You did well!

I think you did great. A couple of months ago, I did pretty much the same thing, only I was looking for two guns in .45LC. I found a Rossi Model 92 Puma carbine with the large loop lever and 16" barrel, and a Beretta Stampede with a 5 1/2" barrel and the case color/blue finish. Found an affordable rig online and have been stocking up on .45LC ammo. Enjoy your two gun combo.

This gun is for sale, still NIB, unfired, unchambered. $600:(

I need a motorcycle, and the wife says I have to sell some other toys to pay for it.:mad:

The fit and finish on this revolver is superb, the action is silky smooth, and it is in 100% perfect condition.

Sorry Mods, if this needs to be moved now, please do so.

Thanks,

That is something I have wanted to do for a long time. Enjoy your toys sir.

I have one in 45 Colt as self defense gun. I trust it to go bang when I pull the trigger more than my S&W's and 1911.

Try as you might, it aint going bang when you pull the trigger... unless you cocked the hammer first! I have grown to accept the simplicity - and dependability - of DA shooting - and S&W revolvers. That Uberti is pretty, however.

Thats one gorgeous shootin' iron, Papachuck.

Now, it just needs 'work polishing' with a LARGE mound of fired brass surrounding it.....
