Picked up the new Fusion today. Fit and Finish is really nice. Hopefully I will get to shoot it soon.

That is one sweet looking pistol. Congrats. I bet it shoots great. Let us know. :)

In the next few months Fusion will also have a scope mount available that goes on the light rail for 1911's

BEAUTIFUL!, I have a Glock G20 and a Dan Wesson RZ 10, hope someday to add one of Bob Servas creations to my collection of 10mm's

The 10mm is back!

If ever a cartridge deserved the longslide it's the 10mm. Really nice looking gun. Bob Serva did a good job saving Dan Wesson before founding Fusion, and pretty much saved the 10mm cartridge as well.

The latest Shot Show report showed a Colt Delta resurrection but I have trouble taking them seriously. Their "News" section on the web site has two items on it: one from 2002 and one from 2004. This is not a company which appears to serious about doing business. I think all the money is on the military side.

CZ owns Dan Wesson now and make the nice Razorback 10mm and I think Kimber makes them, too. CZ sadly hasn't really revived the Dan Wesson revolvers in any serious way either. Maybe the market's just not there?

yeah I had a Razorback. DW right before they sold to CZ came out with a 10mm longslide called the Global Hunter. I sold the Razorback for some reason :sigh: to get the Global Hunter. The order was placed right before the anouncment that DW had been bought out and my order was never filled as CZ dropped the line. I know of only 1-2 of the Global Hunters that ever left the factory.

Now that would be a best reason yet to get a 1911 with a rail. So this old man could mount a red dot on it. :)

yep, I was gonna get one without a rail untill they told me that they had a mount in the works. That saves me from having to drill and tap the pistol. :)
TO bad I already spent $100 on a scope mount that has to attach the old fahioned way

The DW revolver gunsmith is no longer there. Or some other reason that the
revolver line has been closed for 2008. They were hard to come by in the
last few years. Hopefully the revolvers will be back in 2009.

Right now..
We can only hope that the new Valor 1911 is offered in 10mm.
