Would like to upgrade the grips on my CZ75, but frankly am a little confused by the plethora of materials available. What have you guys out there found that works?

I got a really nice set of exotic hardwood ones from eBay. They're from Thailand and are gorgeous.

I bought some full checkered Cocobola grips from the CZ Custom shop last week and with that wood/stainless combo I love the look. It's beautiful to me.

I do however already miss the tacky but extremely comfortable grip that the black rubber grips offered. It was one of the main reasons I loved shooting the gun so much. Like it was made to fit MY hand. It don't quite feel so nice now. Not bad, but not great either.

Would like to get a pair of full checkered Cocobolo grips for my P01 from CZ's Custom Shop.

Here's the full checkered cocobola grips from CZ Custom. They were only $55 I think, + shipping. You can also get partial checkering.

Ps; this is my 1st time to ever upload a picture here. Old dawgs can learn new tricks! If I should've loaded them as a thumbnail, by all means let me know plz. Thanks

I make my own grips. I prefer fancy mesquite and fancy walnut but I just made a pair from spalted sycamore. That stuff is difficult to see sanding marks in.

I did break down and buy a pair of blue grips from Stoner for my blue Ruger MK III22/45 lite gill gun last year.

I have Zebrano wood grips on my CZ85 Combat and I bought them from Marschal grips in Budapest. The will make them from scratch out of any exotic woods they carry and any finish. Check out the variety in the link below. It takes a few weeks but well worth the time and cost.

I have VZ G10 grips on my CZ 85. The guy that I bought it from said that I would love the rubber CZ factory grips but I'm not a big fan of rubber grips. I also bought the slim grips rather than the palm swell grips that are the style of the rubber grips.

I have the pachmayr composite wood, they're very flat, and very thin, with good checkering. It makes the CZ thinner than a 1911

I like the factory rubber grips from CZcustom. Pretty much the same contour as the stock plastic ones that many models come with. Maybe just a bit thicker though.

Lok Grips - Palm Swell Bogies

I needed the extra size they offer to get a solid grip on my CZ75B. I seem to be more accurate with the larger grips.

I do too. My PCR came with the factory, rubber grips, and I liked them so much I put a set on my 75B. My 75 pre-B wears original factory grips that are interestingly very similar to today's plastic grips on the new CZ's, albeit with the old logo.
