Like azrael said, take the gun and wrap it in 2 layers of wax paper. Then holster the gun and leave it in overnight. In the morning, work the gun in and out a few times, and then strap the holster and gun on. Unholster and reholster the gun a dozen or so times and then wear it around. Then do the unholstering and holstering again. If by the end of the day it still is too tight, try wrapping the gun up with 3 layers of wax paper and repeating. This should get your holster to where you want it pretty quickly. My last new holster was broken into right where I like it in 2 days... it is an IWB, though.
Pocket holsters are a pain... There is no real way to keep the holster held tight in place during a draw, unlike a belt or good shoulder holster. Carrying in the pocket is an art of compromise. You may have to work your holster a little looser than your average holster to make drawing the gun easy.
And do check to make sure the holster isn't for a p-32. Azrael is correct, and that could easily explain your problem. If not, don't worry, brand new holsters _always_ need loosened up a little bit.
