I've been using H4350 with 165 grn, IMR 4064 in 150 grn, and IMR 4350 in 180 grn.
The book lists 59 grains of H4350 as max, but anything over 57 sticks my bolt. It's in the "extreme" line of powders and is supposed to be less sensitive to temperature. I can tell you it'll stick my bolt the same in freezing weather as it will in 100+ weather if loaded to book max, so I guess I believe them. At 57 grains it's been a good powder for me, and I've been using it in a lot of cartridges.
The Hodgdon website lists the load at 2940 fps with the 59 grain load, but off the top of my head I can't remember what I got with the 57 grains in a 22in bbl.
