New job...suggestions for conceal carry...

I have a fairly new job ladies and gents and I want to carry, on the job. You read that correctly. My place of employment encourages it. Weird huh? Anyways, my problem is I have to dress up everyday, not suit and tie dress up but biz casual and that creates a problem with my concealed carry options, mainly because I have to keep my shirt tucked in. Sure, I could still carry but I have no idea how I would be able to get to it fast enough under my clothes to make any difference. Anyone got any suggestions? Thanks.
Are you the Sergeant of a 3 man tactical response team?:neener:
I'm curious to see what setup you end up with personally.
You might try an ankle holster.

I don't mean to make light of the OP but I have never heard of a gun-friendly occupation other than military and police. If so encouraged I would carry a Serbu and see what management said.

After going a year unemployed I got kinda used to carrying all day, every day. Sadly my new employment frowns on that... I still coat pocket carry to and from work, so at least there's that.

As for what I'd do if they DID allow it (sounds like about the same dress code)? I'd probably go with tuckable IWB, those are actually not all that terrible to get to in a hurry.

That or pocket carry. I pocket a LCR .38 +P, personally.
