New Lobo holster - report

I just received an OWB holster from the new folks. They were as responsive as Ray with respect to answering my initial email, and accepted Paypal as Ray did. The new folks gave a four week timetable for mailing the holster, but I received a "ready" email in two weeks. The holster was received promptly after that.

Most importantly, the quality appears to be the same. I have purchased (3) holsters from Ray, so I have what I think is a fair sample for comparison, other than the fact the "old" holsters are all horsehide, while the new one is not (no horsehide available, at least at present). The new holster (at top in photo; the bottom is one of Ray's) easily snaps to a belt; the pistol (a Glock 30) fits a bit tight, but I'm sure it will loosen up, and a bit tight is preferrable to the alternative.

All in all, it appears Lobo Gunleather is in good hands.

Update - overnight with pistol inside plastic bag, and plastic bag inside holster, did the trick. Fits perfect now.

Lobo holster

I'm glad to hear about your experience with the new owners of LOBO GUNLEATHER
Ray made 3 holsters and 1 mag pouch for me.
I still own 1 holster and the mag pouch. I've owned alot of holsters from various leather benders but Ray's products were my favorite.
I've sent an email to the new owners , but have yet to receive a reply.
