I see your point Bower but that's the State law that regulates hunting. Under the Federal law they're considered primitive weapons dependent upon the ignition system used. Because I think those new in-lines are NOT considered primitive weapons and you need to fill out the federal forms.
Nope, in-lines are still considered non-guns by the Feds. No background checks and send thru the mail and all that Jazz. Some state hunting regs are a different story.
