Finally someone has made a 9mm revolver with the cylinder length matched to the cartridge length.

While not a short cylinder 9mm nor a short window 9mm the bottom 2 while they are a 642 and a 60-4 but both have a 940 cylinder that fits. The 60-4 is a real sweet shooter in 9mm
