New Rifle!

Hey guys!I recently recieved a savage axis in 223 rem.and I love it!I put a bushnell trophy xlt 3-9x40.I can put 3 shots into an inch at 100 yds.But before I even mounted the scope something was wrong,it wouldn't eject the cases so I showed my uncle and he pulled the extractor out and either the ball undeneath it wasn't there or it was too small because when put a steel#3 birdshot pellet undeneath the extractor it worked and works fine.So now that it's fixed I love it.Coyotes beware!

Well it sounds like you fixed it. Soooo you could just shoot it. You can also contact savage CS and talk it thru with them?? They may send you a shipping label to give it a once over. maybe seen the parts you were missing. If it goes back just write a detailed letter of what was done and how it was found.
