I'm a new shooter with revolvers. I've hunted all my life and use shotguns and rifles regularly. I've been looking for a revolver that I can hunt deer with. I've been eyeing the Heritage Rough Rider single action .45 long colt. I can't afford a high dollar gun, in fact I've been saving for the Rough Rider for about 6 months. Any thoughts from you pros about this revolver? I'm looking at the 7.5" barrel, blued version. What do you all think, keep saving or is this a good choice?
