I've had my Taurus PT 92 for about 7 years. I've probably fired it 1,000 times. Maybe 1,500. That's the most I've fired on any gun. Should I change my springs out? If so, which ones and where do I get them online? Should I change them for heavier springs so I can shoot hot loads? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Go to Wolff springs www.gunsprings.com. You can get the springs you want for your gun. They will list the OEM recoil spring weight and its been my experience to go up at least 2#'s in the recoil spring, sometimes 4#'s depending on the gun and ammo shot.

I've replaced my springs with the Langdon Tactical Spring Pack twice or about every 5,000 rounds. The recoil spring should probably replaced a bit more often than that but I have no complaints.
