I found this on my weekly trip to the LGS.

It was just put on consignment the day before.

Looked it over and everything checked out ok.

It appears to have been shot very little and does not have any cosmetic issues.

I didn’t really need another 586, but then it being nickel and all, and so clean, I couldn’t pass it up.

I gave it a quick cleaning and took it out for a test drive. There was a 30-35 MPH cross wind so I didn’t do much for accuracy.
But even with the wind at 7 yards I kept everything inside the size of a baseball.

Some coincidence, I just picked up a M586 the other day in a trade at the LGS. It's a "no dash", blued 6". Only sat there a week before I saw it, ya gotta love those older full size revolvers. A horse trade brought it and a 1951 Savage M99 in .308 home with me.

Great find there! I don't recall ever seeing a nickel plated 6" Model 586 at any of the gunshops and gunshows that I go to. Looks as nice as my bright polished stainless Model 686.

That's a beauty, Congrats!

We are presently experiencing windless weather here in the Pacific NW, please send revolver to me for further accuracy testing :)

Thats what i want to have. Unfortunately they aint cheap at gunbroker.
