I found a load yesterday that gives good accuracy out of my Accura V2; 2 white hot pellets under a Barnes 290 grain Spit-fire TMZ with remington kleenbore 209s
shot 2 - 3 shot 1'' groups at 100 yards
thompson center 300 grn shock waves produced slightly larger groups 1.5'' with the white hots but by the time i fired those the barrel was heating up pretty good, might have been a factor in the slightly larger group.
I cleaned after every shot, the white hots aren't as clean as they advertise.
If you use powder in a CVA you need to buy a different breech plug, it's listed on their website for use with blackhorn 209. I've got some blackhorn and the breechplug but haven't gotten around to testing it yet.
The pyrodex and triple 7 pellets i tried shot well, but not as good as the white hots.
I haven't tried everything out there yet, but the Accura has delivered minute-of-deer accuracy at 100 yards with every bullet/ pellet combination i've tested so far.
