Another concensus opinion
Lee has the best values. Read the ABC's of reloading, if you can find one, then everything read else you can find. Personally, I would not buy the books published by the bullet manufacturers to help me decide what equipment to buy. Expect a 2 month wait if you order a loadmaster from Lee. There is a wait when you order most dies as well. Personally I would start with a turret press, then move up. You will still use the turret press, or single stage, even if you end up getting the latest, greatest state of the art progressive press. Right now small pistol and small rifle primers are really hard to find. Remember you will need/want a bunch of stuff besides a press and dies. People reloaded for years using dippers and a ruler. Most people in the 21st century have scales, calipers, case conditioning equipment, etc...
