    It comes with three magazines? That is unusual. And is that a curved backstrap in the lower RH corner?

    The FNP 45's come with three mags, in the worlds biggest handgun case.
    I like them. A lot. If I was going to go On Duty with a department that didn't allow 1911's, I'd pick it. 14 round mags, comes with 3... that's a LOT of .45ACP ammo on hand.
    Reliability and accuracy are top notch.

    also has ambidextrious mag release and decocker.

    They are very soft shooters for a 45, they are large and heavy, would be a great duty gun. I've had mine almost 2 months now, it's definately a keeper. A very well made gun at a reasonable price.:D

    The grip looks a little small. Is that a problem?

    look at the bottom right in the case and you'll see the larger backstrap that comes with the pistol. That's one of it's best features. Small and large grips included from the factory.
