New Toy Question

Got a Pietta 1851 steel frame sheriffs in 44 cal. yesterday. This gun came
from Taylors. Was wondering if any of know if the R&D 45 Colt converson
cylinder for the 1860 army will work in this. I will call them tommorrow. Will
post pictures later tonight, got to go shoot now.

The only difference between a 44 "Navy" and an 1860 Army is the barrel assembly and the gripframe.
