Just got back from the range today. Shot my Pietta 1851 44 Sheriffs model
with the R&D 45 Colt five shot converson cylinder. Boy was I impressed. 25
yard groups ran around 4 inches. It shot about 3 inches high with a dead on
hold. I have this one slicked up and it was fast and easy to push the wedge
out with your thumb and take the cylinder out and push out the emptys with
a wood short dowell rod, reload and go again. This is really FUN!! Load was
the Black Hills Cowboy load. Can't wait to try it with the Goex Black Dawge
Black Powder loads. I had no problems and was very much impressed.
