I just picked up a super accurate rifle, new out of the box. This sucker shoots 1/2 and 1/25 minute groups out of the box. I've not seen this since sort of accuracy since I purchased my last Savage bolt gun 10 or 12 years ago... Makes me feel tingly all over...

I was impressed. If you get a chance to pick up an Armalite AR10SB, do so. Although they guarantee 1 MOA accuracy, mine came in at half that.

I sure do like those Magpul PRS things. I've got those on a couple of different rifles so far.

Really nice.

going Coyote hunting tonight, Full moon and all... Sure would like to bring this thing along. Nice rifle. Not to ugly though.

Nice rig! What muzzle brake is that?

Might want to move your holdin' box in a bit. Looks like it's about to fall of the desk. Also, that's a nice watch as well.

why would you coyote hunting at night?

It's quite common to hunt coyotes at night. Ever wonder why NVG scopes are so readily available, or those big clamp on scope lights?

I don't think I'd take a .308 Coyote hunting, though!

Oh man that's my favorite method.

We used to lay up on a hill in our sleeping bags with our rifles on bipods.

One of those remote control tape recorders and a loudspeaker at the bottom of the hill and we'd call them up all night long and pick them off from the comfort of our warm sleeping bag.

Go down in the morning and haul the carcasses to the fur buyer for $25 a pop.

Miss those days......

Since the fur buying is pretty much gone why not use a .308? Sounds perfectly fine. I wanna go too!

I guess to answer everyone.... first I work for International Truck and Engine Corporation... My hat, my company... 2nd, growing up in Colorado, we hunted Coyotes at dusk into dark. from about 6-10 pm, that's when they are moving and visiable in the sage (don't know what they do here, but I hear them just after dark)... I got the gun at Herogear in Winchester TN. That monstrosity at the end of the barrel is a fake suppressor... I've ordered a real one from YHM. I didn't shoot it with the fake can, I shot it with nothing but the bare naked muzzle... Love this gun

Here's a worse picture of it nestled among my others....

Gunner, I put a Burris XTR 2.5-12 on this one. I really like the Burris. I hold them on par with Leupold (as you can see from the picture, I own several). But when I can buy a Leupold vs a Burris at the same price, I opt for the Leupold... just for name recognition....

Shev...

HK93 Sg1
custom AR varminter
Savage HB 12
Armalite AR10SB
Custom M1A1 Super match (built on a low Ser# Springfield reciver)
Savage 112 300 winmag

All yours today, less optics, for a reasonable price....

Very cool rifle.

But, what a train-wreck of a photo.

I mean, you even managed to capture a flying insect at 7 o'clock, just off the muzzle. FAIL.

That Uniform Foxtrot Oscar is NOT hostile Ghost Rider return to the deck to check your fail magnet. Mothership shows Uniform Foxtrot Oscar at 9 o'clock even and Outbound!
