I read in one of my NRA magazines that VA just passed a law in 09 that made it illegal for newspapers to publish information about ccw holders (more to the fact that they cannot publish lists ccw holders). Does anyone have information on this new law? I can't seem to find it anywhere. Links are best, synopsis of the law are taken with a grain of salt, timetables for when it comes into effect are also wanted.
The freelance star was publishing monthly lists of the new CCW holders and is the only reason I didn't go get mine. OC is legal here.
