I had the chance to handle a few new production S&W Model 610s. I noticed that none of them had as nice a feel and trigger as my model 610-3 (unfluted) 3 7/8" bbl revolver. My 610-3 and most other older 610s have always had really nice triggers.
Is it true that the older 610s were built by the S&W Performance shop?
If so, is that just the 610-1s or was it all of the 610s until this recent release?
