Looks great, here's hoping it shoots just as good. Glad that everything turned out good and it didn't take as long as proposed.

Thanks, Mav. I'm puzzled that they got one in so early given their previous feedback. All the same, it was great news, and a fine-looking rifle. I actually am confident that it will shot well. I don't doubt that they test-fired it to assure it was not a dude. <<pause>> I know; I'm an optimist.

I would make sure of that to begin with. I wouldn't have any rifle that is a dude. From all the reviews (mostly featherweights) I have yet to hear of a bad review WRT accuracy. That isn't to say it is a tack driving benchrest rifle, but a better than average hunting rifle is fine with me. I am considering getting a Featherweight 7mm-08Rem. pretty strongly, just as soon as I get a 1895SBL.
