Picked up a new toy a few days ago.
Turns out I'm not sure when I will be able to get around to the hunting I was planning to be doing so traded off the 700 in .270 with this puppy-
Remington 700 SPS Varmint .223 all around it's sweet. The stock is nice, the finish is great, and the action is awsome. Also has a nice free floated bull bbl.
Also has one of the new triggers X-Mark triggers. Still a tad heavy but a big improvement over the last generation of remington triggers, and not so heavy that they aren't acceptable. Also a lot smoother then the old ones, breaks like glass, and has literally no noticeable creep. Only complaint is they aren't easily adjustable, and looking at it the old way of adjusting might not work. I still need to look into it but I'm not to sure it's worth my time.
