So I have a Springfield armory National Match w/22inch barrel coming. I would like to build this into a nice custom piece and would like to do it right the first time ( within reason ). I am looking at two stocks right now .
1. JAE 100 Gen 3
2 Sage M14ALCS/CV CQB
First question does anybody know the actual weight of these stocks? I know it can very by how much stuff I add but for this question just assume basic stock for a start.
I read that they should both shoot about the same accuracy. Do you folks agree?
In the case of either any thought on what scope mount to use also check rests and butt plates?
How difficult is the sage to install the barrel and action? Does it require a gunsmith?
I really like the looks of the JAE and it seems well engineered but It looks like it may be a beast
Thanks in advance for any help
