Newbie replacing sights on CZ75 - quick questions

I just recieved a set of meprolights for my CZ75B. Would like to try and install them myself.

Front sight is dovetailed in from the front, and it looks like there's a pin holding the stock sight in. New Meprolights do not appear to have a slot to accomodate said pin. Is it a friction fit, or should I mill out an appropriate relief in the new front sight so the drift pin will go back in?

Rear sight looks to be a dovetail friction fit. Do I need anything other then brass hammer and punches?

Take out the original front sight for comparison purposes and you'll find that there is a groove in the bottom of it for the retaining pin. The new sight can be filed to match the old one, or I've heard of someone putting the new sight in the dovetail and using a drill press with a bit slightly smaller than the pinhole to cut a groove in the right spot.

The rear sight is a friction fit, but CZs generally are pretty tight fits so you'll probably need to be able to rap it solidly to move it. I believe the sight comes out from the right side as you look at the pistol from the rear. Be careful installing the new sights as the tritium vials can be fragile and break under stress. A sight pusher is the safest way to remove and add new sights if available, or a gunsmith shouldn't charge too much to do it for you.
