Saw coverage of the show on this morning's news.

Looks like a huge turnout, and no reports of those mean-ole guns jumping off of tables and shooting anyone.

However, there were several video clips of SELLERS holding/showing handguns with their finger ON THE TRIGGER.
I'm sure the media edited out all the proper handling in order to show what they would perceive to be threatening footage to the masses.

Just wanted to say Keep on your toes, the public is watching. ;)

I thought you kept your finger off the trigger so YOU DON'T ACCIDENTLY SHOOT ANYONE (yourself included).

:what:

I don't think any Florida shows have allowed reporters or cameras for a long time just because they were burned so often by the "press".

I did not attend, even though Dulles is fairly close, since I am not fond of crowds, lines, hassles, parking delays, and so forth. However, I will likely attend the next Dulles/Northern Virginia show, which should be smaller, due to less “curiosity†attendees.

There was considerable press coverage; this show was the first in Fairfax County in approximately 50 years. I hope the massive attendance illustrates to Virginia politicians that there is a STRONG pro-firearms element, even in the “liberal†NoVa DC suburbs.

Coverage was pretty neutral too. The Washington Post had a fairly even handed story on it this weekend. I don't really like State pre-emption in local affairs, but sometimes the state can really clean crap up.
