Night Sights for my XDm

Hello,

I'd like to put some night sights on my XDm, and after some research have come down to the Heinie Straight Eight, and the XS 24/7 Big Dot. Shopping around online, they appear to be the same price, and like anything they have their proponents and those who it just didn't work for.

So I guess what it might come down to, is dotting the eye a bit easier, or forming that figure eight?

Any thoughts on the matter would be appreciated.

imho the best sights on the market for defense are xs big dot sights. the people that disagree either one have never used them, or have tried them and didn't understand how they work, or don't have good shooting fundamentals and didn't hit as accurately as they would like. the above reasons describe 95% of the population. and then there are 5% of the people that have a ligit reason why they don't like or use them.
