Night sights for PT-145...will fit PT-745?

Just wanted to check for second opinions before ordering, since makers of night sights haven't updated their websites yet.

The night sights made for the Taurus PT-145 will fit the PT-745, correct?

First, who is it that supplies night sights for the PT-145??? Second, my understanding is that the only difference between the two is the grip width since it is a single stack gun.

The PT145 MilPro and the PT745 MilPro use the same slide, so yes, the sights will work on both.
