Nikki Sterling scopes?

I believe these are budget/cheapo scopes that are also included as part of Howa "packages". Anybody with any positive/negative experiences?

read somewhere once that said they were a quality of a bushnell banner. i was looking at a howa for awhile but didnt like the rate of twist.
