If you want to carry a small pistol or J frame revolver I'd look into the Kramer undershirt holster. This is a garment you can wear under your dress shirts/ties/etc. I'm not sure of the product name but it should still be listed on the Kramer Gunleather website.
A small belt holster or a pocket type holster(like the Desantis Nememsis) could be smart choices too.
