Carry your gun and change your own oil.
you have a permit to carry
your car does not
Kinda contradicts the first sentence. What if you were involved in an accident the medics wont leave it in the holster on your belt I asure you.(an extreem situation I know)Negligent.
YOUR firearm should remain under YOUR control. Locking it in the car while you dash into the post office to buy stamps is one thing.
civil liability? how so? where is this location?I am astonished at the number of folks who don't recognize the potential civil liability
Yea, well a lot of criminals ahve a bunch of nice fancy stuff, and more money than me, and they STILL STEAL. P.S. So does the government, and so does a lot of the megarich. That's how they got that way, not afraid to steal from the less fortunate.1) My colleagues and I make enough money to buy our own stuff. With $25,000 to $100,000 worth of tools or more, why would we need to steal your stuff? I probably make more than some of you.
Leaving a FA available to someone you don't know, to have THAT easy an access to is negligent.
