Now that SCOTUS refused to hear NY's Kachalsky v. Cacace, and Madigan said she won't appeal IL's Moore v. Madigan to SCOTUS since IL came up with and passed a carry law, what gun case is there to appeal to SCOTUS?

Comm2a.org has a leaderboard of gun cases. Woolard out of MD should be next addressing carry. Muller, now Drake, out of NJ would be right behind that. I haven't heard about the circuit decision on that one, but I believe it should be out any day now (not holding my breath).
