After Bush's recent comments that he isnt satisfied with the Iraq War, I wonder what, if anything, he plans to do after the election? I also wonder why he thinks expressing his lack of satisfaction will help the Republicans next month. I think he would just have been better off not to mention the War there. We invaded Iraq in March of 2003, 43 months ago. From the time we declared war on Nazi Germany, until V-E Day was 41 months. Its hard to believe we have been fighting piss ant terrorists in Iraq longer than the Nazi army.
Now he admits dis-satisfaction a few days before the election. What is that supposed to mean? If we stay the course, as he as asked us to do so many times, nothing there will change. Is he going to slip some big change in strategy on us immediately following the election?
Unless he has some big plan that revitalizes our occupation there, we might as well let the Democrats defund the war and end it. What we are doing now doesnt seem to be working.
