Greetings, I wanted to post a quick video that I did with NRATV's Kerry Picket in September of 2018. Regarding my issues with the NYPD License Division as an FFL 01 in New York City. I was unable to embed the video so I included a link. Thank you.

The best part is there is no State or Federal law requiring an FFL to have a store.

However, the State and City of New York can require such things.

You probably need someone versed in the those laws to actually advise on this.
