Anybody familiar with Numrich Arms? I've got a .22 pump rifle that has this stamped on the top of the octogon barrel. Below that it say WIN '90. It also has Winchester stamped on the trigger guard where it extends into the stock. I only spent a couple of hunderd to buy it and was wondering if the price was about right.

Numrich is a supplier of gun parts, including barrels.

I've only ordered from them once online and it went smoothly enough, so long as you know what you're looking for. Sorry can't help with your rifle pricing. Hopefully others will chime in.

I just finished putting a rifle back together with parts from them. I've been buying parts from them since before we had the interweb. Used to do it by snail mail, its a lot better and easier today.
Oh, I'm not a gun smith, just change out my own parts instead of paying someone else to do it.

If you have an old Stevens takedown pump .22, it's about your only choice. They've been around for over 40 years, and they have the parts for lots of guns like that. Good reputation and service. Yes, they do seem to be aware they are sometimes the only source, at least by their pricing. Of course, had the previous owner been a tad more careful, I wouldn't have the rust, broken stock, or loose receiver. The parts cost more than it would sell for as a fixed gun.

Another reason to have a C&R license, every little discount helps save an old gun from the buyback program. :)
