Appears law is unconstitutional

If a law is found unconstitutional, it is not binding or further enforceable. my .02 and I am not a lawyer. I am glad I don't have to live there and its too bad the good citizens have to pool resources and money to fight this, but it appears that will be the only way it can be over turned. It sure appears this country is going further and deeper to red states and blue states.

In Illinois, in the last 6 months ,we have gained a reasonable CCW law and can now add NFA SBR's to our stables. This all since the school shootings and done in the shadow of anti gun Chicago/Cook County. Far fewer sheep in Illinois than New York. You better get going, before they castrate you.
I'm a retired tradesman on a pension. In January I sent $500.00 each to the NRA ILA and the ISRA. Wrote letters and phoned my state reps many times and so did countless others in the gun rights coalitions here. You don't need me in NEW YORK, you need to collectively grow a pair and fight back, with all due respect.

If memory serves correctly DD's are legal in New York. I know of a couple Lahti's transferring in and at least one M203 transferring out. I also think DeWaT's are legal. (DeWaT being Deactivated War Trophy machineguns registered during the amnesty of 1968 or prior as unservicable firearms)
I know live MG's are not legal......
