Since many of the banned features COULD be added to your military type weapon, you will be in possession of an assault weapon as soon as Cuomo and company plug that loophole. Unless a court ruling declares the SAFE act void, get your detachable magazine semi-auto firearm out of New York before the next session of the legislature, or say goodbye to your gun.

The point of the vidio is to show how stupid the new safe act law is. A mini 14 is fine but a stock AR 15 omg so evil !! I live in southern tier NY so all " assault weapons" need to be registered by April 2014 If you have any ONE of a list of features
As far as mags I only have 2, 5 rounders hunting . The biggist mags you can have are 10 round and you only can put 7 rounds in it.

The State legislature in Albany is a next of rat weasels and vipers. It doesn't even matter who you vote for. Cuomo's SAFE Act was only made possible by 17 Republican State Senators voting for it. Have they been thrown out of the Party? No. Have they been censured? No. Has the Party indicated that they will be ineligible to run for nomination in the next election? No.
