OAT headstamp

found some blackout brass stamped O.A.T today. it is nickel brass with the step down inside the case by the web that some 9mm's have. Anybody know what it is? is it any good? my google-fu came up dry.

OP, is it original 300 blackout or cut down 223? Is it nickel or is it steel? I've found some 9MM that looks like nickel but is actually steel, magnetic. This also had the step.

Non magnetic, Nickel. Stamped 300 blackout. And I found another cleaner piece, and it's actually stamped *O.A.T.M*

Boxer primed, and they feel a little light, but they are bright shiny silver like nickel, not matte like aluminum.

Just a guess, but considering the caliber I bet it stands for "Official American Tactical Marine"

I found one reference to *O.A.T.H.*. Nothing said as to who produces them.
