anyone heard of this?

my brother who is a CW2 in the Army informed me of this and wants to go to Lexington so bad.

Taking the oath is not just for Military but can be taken by Law Enforcement and Anyone! We was citizens have an obligation to defend the constitution and our way of life and our survival.
