I recently bought a Kahr CW40, it came with only one magazine. I'd like to aquire at least one (probably two) more.

Advice on makers and where to buy please.

Thanks

Not sure I've seen any Kahr after-market magazines before, but I always check CDNNInvestments.com first when looking for more magazines, they usually have the best price and often have different deals, like free shipping or a free ten rounder with purchase of a regular capacity magazine, really appreciated that for my USP. $40 magazines don't hurt so bad when you get a ten rounder with it.

Also they often throw in a cheap knife or flashlight with orders, or glasses, so even though that isn't really that valuable, it just feels nice to get a present. For manufacturers, the only after-market maker I trust 100% is Mec-Gar, they rock. They are also the factory magazine manufacturer for many brands.

The only aftermarket mags I've seen are Pro-mags.
I had a few and they fed ball ammo fine, but hollowpoints didn't fare as well.
I would stick to Kahr factory mags and maybe try to find a deal on some used ones.

I had a Kahr CW9, and was able to find used mags at one of the local gun shops, after checking for a couple of months. You may have some luck on the interwebs too.

I actually don't know of any aftermarket Kahr magazines. Your best bet is to shop around for the best price on a factory one, e.g., here or pick one up at a gun show.

(Note: I have no experience with the above vendor and am only putting it up as an example. At $28.95 it is a lot less than what Kahrshop wants for them.)
