Which manufacturers produce a light weight Officer/Defender 1911 Model?
I am trying to decide what to purchase as my carry handgun.

I think alot of people make them.

I don't like the reduced gripframe. I carry a Kimber Pro carry.
(But stainless whatever you do.)

Both Kimber and Springfield have an equivalent.

Springfield makes a nice one. I picked mine up used for $650. Nice pistol, shoots my reloads no problem. No malfunctions.
