Ohio Laws and Restrictions on ammo purchases?

I was looking on Cabela's website on ammo, particually rifle ammo (just price checking), but I noticed this warning:

"ATTENTION: Residents of DE, DC, IL, MA, NY and OH check your local laws for restrictions before ordering any ammunition products."

I have never heard of any laws or restrictions on ammo in ohio, or any regarding mail order or internet purchases. And this is the first time I have ever seen this warning on any other website.

Does anyone have any information on why OH was listed in this warning and educate me about OH ammo laws/restrictions. (other than age requirements)

I've bought ammo from Cabella's without an incident, and I live in Ohio. UPS dropped of the package and left it at the door. LUCKILY for me I live in a really safe neighborhood. I would imagine it is an age thing of selling to over 21 yrs. old but no one asked my age.

The whacky Ohio gun laws are in the north (Toledo and Cleveland). Given the lunacy I heard of from up there, I would not be surprised. Down here in relatively free territory, it's no sweat.

I’ve heard the Columbus gun laws are sort of crazy but nothing specific. I live in Reynoldsburg and they have no restrictions on ammo that I know of.

I have ordered large amounts of ammo and have never had any trouble. Not sure what they are talking about. Kolumbus has odd gun laws but I have never seen anything on ammo.
