Hope this it the right forum.
I got this email back from Ohio AG Marc Dann regarding resiprosity with WV. From correspondance I got from WV CCW group the holdup is in Ohio. So I wrote the email, (below) to the AG's office. What concerns me is Marc Dann came out with a media blitz a couple of weeks ago about mental incompentents getting CHL's. What worries me is this AG will be dragging his feet regarding any CCW issue in Ohio for the next 4 years.
If anyone in here is an Ohio resident it would be helpful if they contacted the AG's office Constitutent Services, (the link is below). At least it might show where this guy stands.

"Dear Constituent,

Thank you for your inquiry concerning concealed weapons reciprocity agreements between Ohio and West Virginia.

The law requires the Ohio Attorney General to craft reciprocity agreements with other states to allow Ohioans with permits to carry weapons in those jurisdictions and for those states' citizens to carry weapons in Ohio. These agreements require an analysis of those other laws to ensure they meet the requirements of Ohio's concealed weapons law and vice versa. (ORC 109.69).

You may view the most up-to-date list at http://www.ag.state.oh.us/web_applications/concealcarry/reciprocity.asp

The Ohio Attorney General's Office is aware of the changes in the Concealed Carry law in West Virginia. Our office is actively seeing if we can work out a reciprocity agreement with this state.

Thank you for contacting the Attorney General's office. I hope you find this information beneficial.

Sincerely,
ATTORNEY GENERAL MARC DANN

From what I've learned in the past week West Virginia will be passing another CCW Bill June 7, 2007, and the holdup honoring WV CHL and Ohio CHL (Concealed Handgun License), is within the Ohio Attorney General office in not approving the agreement. Can your office explain why?
