Ohio: Restaurant carry bill to have first hearing

Ohio House Bill 203, which would legalize carry in restaurants which serve alcohol, is having its first hearing this Thursday, November 5.

Any Ohioan who has not yet contacted his/her state representative really needs to do so if we are to see this bill passed by the Democratic-controlled House. House Speaker Budish has an NRA rating of "D".

If you don't know who your state representative is, simply plug in your zip code at the Ohio House web site and you will know who to contact.
