I messed up loading a bunch of .45-70 cases. Didnt flare the case mouth loading soft lead bullets over smokeless and BP and got all kinds of issues including lead running over the case etc.

I have taken apart the rounds, dumped the powder into the garden etc.
I would rather not have to deprime and tumble the cases, but want to clean the insides of the cases.

Both Swiss 3FG and N120 have a tendency to stick to the case. How do I clean the cases?

I know its only about 10 cases.. but even then.

Or toss them in a tumbler with ground corn cob for a while.

Walnut would work, but you'll get some in the flash holes. I wouldn't worry about it, but it will be there.

(I'd just use compressed air as Seedtick suggested, but then I have a compressor and hose set up in the garage.)
