Old Ithaca Model 37 Shotgun

I picked up an old Model 37 12 gauge from a friend. The pat is #1849982
and the serial is 155157. Does anyone know it's DOB?

If it's the standard model I think it may be 1947.

Diamondgunsmithing.com has a serial number year of manufacture chart for the Model 37.

Guys--Thanks much for the reply. I did check at Diamond Gunsmithing
and it is a 1947. Almost as old as I am! Thanks again.
